SELECT
    LogDate,

    SubscriptionDefinitionID,
    OptOutStatusID,
    OptOutMethodID
FROM _SMSSubscriptionLog
WHERE LogDate >= DATEADD(day,-7,GETDATE())
  AND OptOutStatusID = 1
Why it works

_SMSSubscriptionLog stores mobile subscription events and can contain records for net-new numbers without a created contact.

Operational notes

Do not require SubscriberKey in the filter; a net-new number can text STOP without a contact being created.

Only the first subscription event for a given status is logged.
