Salesforce documents that when CloudPagesURL is used with SMS or push, the landing page returns an error if the subscriber is not a member of All Subscribers.
What to check
- Was the URL generated in SMS/push rather than email?
- Is the recipient present in All Subscribers?
Make it cheaper next time
- Test the link with net-new mobile contacts before rollout.
- Do not assume email CloudPagesURL behavior maps perfectly to mobile channels.
